We had a truly pleasant stay at a small hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. There was also a kitchen with a fridge in the common area, which was convenient. We appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, especially when one of us fell ill. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, the overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Azul 36 Hotel was perfect for our chilled three-day stay in Bacalar. The king suite was clean and well-decorated, with great air conditioning and a fan. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were always kept clean and in great condition. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from all the main streets in Bacalar.
