We enjoyed having coffee in the lobby and the convenience of a refrigerator in our room. The location was perfect, right next to the Pipila statue and with easy access to the funicular. The free rides up and down to the main plaza were a bonus. it was a great experience with breathtaking views.

Convenient location next to the cable train, making it easy for us to explore the main scenic spots in the downtown area. Free unlimited train cards provided by the hotel, which saved us money and allowed us to travel on the cable train for free.

The room could get warm and stuffy at night, as there were no ceiling fans installed. Sleeping with the sliding glass door open was not advisable due to the lack of a screen, which made it difficult to enjoy fresh air without inviting insects.
