My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff, from check-in to check-out, were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The included breakfast was beyond any hotel breakfast I've ever had, with exceptional service and delicious food. The room, although small, provided plenty of space and had a balcony with a stunning view of the Malecón. The hotel's location was perfect, close to El Malecón and El Centenario, and I appreciated that it was away from the main noisy area. I found the hotel to be clean, updated, and with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night on our way to Puerto Vallarta and the Best Western was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The hotel is basic but in a great location, right across from the beach and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooftop deck offers stunning views and the breakfast buffet included delicious options. Secure parking was also a plus.

Spacious family room with beach access, and a tasty breakfast with fresh fruit and juices, yoghurt, and other choices. Clean and updated amenities, and a helpful, English-speaking staff. Beautiful ocean views from certain rooms and a scenic rooftop area for enjoying the sunset. Great location for exploring the area and returning time and again for a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Best Western in Mazatlan for a week with my family and we had an amazing time. The room we had was perfect, overlooking the ocean with a balcony where we enjoyed the beautiful views. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, as it was different every day and delicious. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a short walk to the center of old town. The rooftop pool and deck offered stunning views of the city. The employees were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing at all.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the location to be absolutely fantastic. Being just across the street from the beach provided easy access to beautiful views and relaxing walks. The value for the price was also excellent, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The room, although a little cramped with a king bed, was clean and updated with modern amenities. The included breakfast had a wide variety of choices available and was quite enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop, which offered a stunning view of the sunset. I even found myself returning to the rooftop even after checking out of the hotel.

While the parking lot was small, the hotel staff was helpful in assisting with parking, making it less of an inconvenience. The only other drawback I encountered was that non-guests were able to access the rooftop and occupy the space, leaving me with limited seating options.

The location was perfect - close to everything, right on the beach. Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the pool and lounge area on the top of the building, were great. The staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right in the heart of the action, with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. The beach is just across the road and the historic plaza Machado is also nearby, making it easy to explore the vibrant Old Town. Additionally, the views from the rooms with balconies are simply breathtaking.

Noisy during the night.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the delicious Mexican breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the Malecon and finding restaurants in the Centro Historico. We also enjoyed the stunning rooftop where we could watch the sunset and enjoy a drink. The value for money was excellent, and the secure off-street parking was a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western! The corner room had a breathtaking view of the ocean and the rooftop pool was a great spot to relax. The breakfast included a delicious omelette. The location was perfect for exploring on foot. we highly recommend this hotel!

It was the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunset. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

The only downside was the small bathroom in our room. It was cramped and could have been a bit more spacious.
