The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the rooms were beautifully renovated and very clean, with comfortable beds. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with key attractions and amenities in close proximity.

One area that could be improved is the pool area and its furniture, as it looked a little outdated. It would also be nice to see more vegetation in the area to enhance the overall experience.

This place has a prime location right in front of a beautiful open beach. I loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the beach every morning. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Another highlight was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, such as room service, laundry facilities, and a tour desk, making my stay even more convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the malecon and walking distance to the green lighthouse for stunning sunset views. It is also within a 15-minute walk to both the zocalo and the aquarium. There are plenty of restaurants around. The beds, pillows, and AC were all comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The pool was fantastic, and the gym was well-sanitized. Valet car parking is available. The price was very reasonable for the location and amenities.

Had a great stay at this hotel in Veracruz. The rooms were well-maintained and the bar and restaurant were good. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and the Malecon. The pool was family-friendly and the bartenders were fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel.
