The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the rooms were beautifully renovated and very clean, with comfortable beds. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with key attractions and amenities in close proximity.

One area that could be improved is the pool area and its furniture, as it looked a little outdated. It would also be nice to see more vegetation in the area to enhance the overall experience.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the malecon and walking distance to the green lighthouse for stunning sunset views. It is also within a 15-minute walk to both the zocalo and the aquarium. There are plenty of restaurants around. The beds, pillows, and AC were all comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The pool was fantastic, and the gym was well-sanitized. Valet car parking is available. The price was very reasonable for the location and amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is just perfect - right in front of the beautiful open beach. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the sea right in front of us. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and pampered throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as the in-room safe and free Wi-Fi, were top-notch. The hotel also had a swimming pool and beach access, allowing us to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. The variety of dining options, including a restaurant buffet and poolside snack bar, catered to all our culinary desires. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

My purpose of stay was a weekend getaway and I stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for two nights. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The facilities such as the restaurant, lobby, and bar had a cool and stylish decor. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly loved the welcoming cookie they gave me upon check-in.
