As young people, we loved the affordable street food vendors near the hotel. The bikes provided by the hotel were perfect for accessing the beach. The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

I had an exceptional stay at Biwa in Tulum. The staff, particularly Gabriela, Lupita, and Margarito, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I also enjoyed having a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in my room. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the main street and many restaurants. There was even a delicious restaurant called "Don Tomas" on site. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and convenience.

We spent Easter here and it was amazing! the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they offered us complimentary bikes and a delicious breakfast every morning. the hotel is located in a great spot, with easy access to both the beach and the town. We loved exploring the town and trying all the local food. the room was very spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful view. we had an incredible time and would definitely come back.

We were amazed by the internet speed at Biwa. It was the only place in Tulum where we had stable and super fast internet. We were able to work remotely and manage our team in Canada without any issues. The staff welcomed us in, and we had a wonderful dinner at Casa Papa Rey. The short ribs and guacamole were incredible! The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious homey breakfast and a serene swim in the pool. Biwa is a great value and fun for families. We would definitely recommend it.

The pool can be a bit cold due to limited sunlight during the day. However, it's easy to reach the beach by bike in just half an hour.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Tulum and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was conveniently located, close to the city centre and the main street of Tulum. It was quiet enough to ensure a peaceful stay, but still close enough to all the action. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, such as a nice swimming pool and the option to rent bikes. The only downside was that there was no extra shower head in the bathroom. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for budget travellers looking for a great stay in Tulum.

One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel, which included a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided free use of bicycles, allowing us to easily get around and explore the city during our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. there were some issues with the power cutting off on our first day, resulting in an uncomfortably hot room.
