The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the public beach and downtown. The xhale tower provided a stunning view of everything I contacted, from the beach to the pools. The room was equipped with high-tech amenities, including a cool shower. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

For us it was ideal.

My only disappointment was the wait times for dinner in the restaurants at night, in particular the French restaurant. We probably waited for a table for around 1.5 hours outside, so we warmed ourselves by the fire pits and enjoyed a cocktail or two. Once inside, the air con was way too cold and as beautiful as the booths are to eat in, they are so dark you cannot see your food or the menu. However, having said that, the food was to die for, and the service of course was perfect. The waiter could see how cold I was, and he was so kind to give me a shawl to keep warm during dinner. PLEASE increase the lighting there with candles on the tables and make the room temperature much more comfortable for guests. This was such a small detail and the only complaint because everything else in this hotel was perfect.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise, offering exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the staff provided exceptional service, and the Spa & wellness centre was a great addition to my relaxing vacation. the variety and quality of the restaurants were amazing, and in-room breakfast was a true delight. the poolside snack bar provided a quick and delicious bite, and the pool with a view was a breathtaking experience. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the beach access was an added bonus. the entertainment schedule was varied and high quality, and the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were a great way to relax in style. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect spots to catch some rays and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Sadly, my room's balcony view was not what was advertised, as it was obstructed by a wall. the breath-taking view from the rooftop pool made up for this minor issue.

our honeymoon stay in cancun was amazing, but our recent stay at breathless surpassed all expectations. the beautiful facilities, delicious food, and energetic vibe truly made it memorable. we loved the variety in breakfast options and the attentive wait staff. the modern and comfortable rooms with stunning views added to the value for money. highly recommended!

Limited restaurant and bar selection.

This hotel has everything you need for an amazing holiday! the food is top-notch with lots of variety, and we loved having access to the Nespresso machine in the morning. the location is perfect - right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean and lagoon. We also really appreciated the safety measures in place to ensure a secure experience.

The hotel does tend to be more geared towards a party atmosphere, which can make it difficult to find a quiet spot. wait times at dinner can be a bit long on busier evenings.
