Vibrant pool scene kept the energy alive.

I was extremely disappointed with the dining options. The breakfast buffet was a letdown, and the food quality at other restaurants was far from satisfactory. Additionally, the aggressive upselling tactics from the staff grew tiresome. It felt like they were more focused on selling packages than providing a pleasant experience.

The wait times for dinner, especially at the French restaurant, were ridiculous!!! The air conditioning was uncomfortably cold, and the lighting in the restaurant was so dim that I couldn't see my meal!!! Improve these small details, please!!!

Breathless Cancun Soul is a chic paradise! The modern aesthetics and impressive buffet blew us away. Plus, the vibrant pool scene kept things lively—great for socializing.

However, our check-in was frustratingly slow, and the music was often too loud for relaxation. Some staff interactions felt a bit off, detracting from the overall experience.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming. we loved the fire show and jazz music during our stay. The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking! Clean and well-maintained room made for a perfect retreat.

Nothing everything was great.

I had a nice time enjoying drinks at the rooftop bar while taking in the views. The sleek architecture of the place added to the experience. The modern in-room amenities made my stay comfortable. The buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of choices. However, finding the gym was a bit tricky at first. As a single traveler from New York, I appreciated the vibrant social scene.

From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the clean beach and the variety of lounging options around. One evening, we had the best time at the intercontinental buffet, the staff was super friendly, and the bartenders really knew how to mix a drink. Plus, controlling the room with an iPad was slick.

It wasn't inexpensive but still worth every penny.
