The hotel facilities are stylish and elegant, with a lush and inviting interior dining space, a spacious outdoor terrace, and a rooftop for enjoying drinks and bites. The staff is friendly and attentive, exceeding my expectations with their warm greetings, hearty breakfasts, and thoughtful gestures like hot cookies during turn down service.

I had the most amazing experience at a hotel in Roma Norte. We stayed in a penthouse suite with a rooftop terrace that had a club foot tub and a widescreen television. The room was beautifully designed, masculine, and warm. The highlight was the serene location tucked away in the heart of the city, with a beautiful garden and outdoor bathtub. The bathroom was a standout with Kiehl's toiletries and a luxurious waterfall shower. The hotel even incorporated the history of being a key factory into its design details. The staff went above and beyond, inviting us to a special art book launch and making us feel included. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique rooms, beautiful location, and exceptional service.

The hotel had a lovely lobby and beautiful floors, creating a great first impression. the restaurant provided a good dining experience, and the Sunday brunch was especially impressive with plenty of delicious food options. the staff, particularly at the front desk, were attentive and kind, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel seemed to prioritize outside events and parties over the comfort of its guests. the bar located by the pool area often held loud events, making it difficult to sleep, as the windows lacked proper soundproofing.

Lovely Nord suite with double marble sinks, clawfoot bathtub, and rainfall shower. Manager left a charming handwritten letter and delicious charcuterie and fruit plate. Exceeded expectations with hearty breakfasts, hot cookies, and late-night tea.

The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to everything happening in the city. I highly recommend Brick Hotel for a memorable and romantic getaway.
