The hotel facilities are stylish and elegant, with a lush and inviting interior dining space, a spacious outdoor terrace, and a rooftop for enjoying drinks and bites. The staff is friendly and attentive, exceeding my expectations with their warm greetings, hearty breakfasts, and thoughtful gestures like hot cookies during turn down service.

I had the most amazing experience at a hotel in Roma Norte. We stayed in a penthouse suite with a rooftop terrace that had a club foot tub and a widescreen television. The room was beautifully designed, masculine, and warm. The highlight was the serene location tucked away in the heart of the city, with a beautiful garden and outdoor bathtub. The bathroom was a standout with Kiehl's toiletries and a luxurious waterfall shower. The hotel even incorporated the history of being a key factory into its design details. The staff went above and beyond, inviting us to a special art book launch and making us feel included. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique rooms, beautiful location, and exceptional service.

The restaurant provided a good dining experience, and the Sunday brunch was especially impressive with plenty of delicious food options. The hotel seemed to prioritize outside events and parties over the comfort of its guests. The bar located by the pool area often held loud events, making it difficult to sleep, as the windows lacked proper soundproofing.

Exceeded expectations with hearty breakfasts, hot cookies, and late-night tea.

The hotel had a nice design, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks offered at check-in.

Our stay was not great due to the noise in our room. The walls were thin, and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms.

We had the most amazing wedding anniversary celebration at Brick Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the personalized note to the beautiful room setup. The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Brasserie La Moderna, and the ambiance at the lobby bar was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to everything happening in the city. I highly recommend Brick Hotel for a memorable and romantic getaway.

The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive.
