We loved the breathtaking bay view from our spacious room with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, served with a smile. The walk to town, although involving many stairs, was a memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond, even doing our laundry for free.

During our romantic escape, we really liked the stunning views from our balcony. the hotel is located in a prime spot, close to the beach and offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Another aspect that we enjoyed was the spacious rooms, which had plenty of space to relax and unwind.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. the overall maintenance of the facilities was lacking.

The staff, especially the waitresses Ricardo, Juan Jose, and Humberto, made us feel like family. The hotel has built an exceptional team and surpassed our expectations.

our stay at CR Acapulco was fantastic. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel provided us with a spacious and luxurious master suite on the 7th floor. The private terrace and jacuzzi were an amazing addition to our stay. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the staff was always quick to fulfill our requests. The private beach and three swimming pools added to the luxury, and the calm and warm ocean waters were a true delight. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The added security measures made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had easy access to the highway. the staff at the restaurant provided excellent service and were very helpful with any information we needed.

It also has a clean private beach and three spacious swimming pools. The location in a nice private area allowed us to relax and enjoy our time.
