We had a delightful weekend getaway at Lift Bridge Lodge. The location was unbeatable, with the boardwalk and Grandma's restaurant just steps away. Our room had a stunning view of Lake Superior and the Lift Bridge, and we enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to the Corner Suite with its luxurious amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, promptly resolving any issues that arose. The hot breakfast, complete with a variety of waffle flavors and delicious coffee, was a great way to start our days. We would definitely stay here again!

And let's not forget the breakfast! They offer a wide selection, including gluten-free options, to kickstart your day on a delicious note.

My partner and I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a weekend getaway. The location in canal park area was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff went above and beyond when there was a mix-up with our reservation, finding us a room despite the issue. We were thrilled to have a room with a waterfront view and balcony, where we could enjoy stunning sunrises and watch ships coming and going. The room was spacious, clean, and had separate thermostats for the bedroom and living area, ensuring our comfort. The hot breakfast, with gluten-free options available upon request, was a delicious start to each day.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Duluth and heading up to state parks. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, providing a personal touch by slipping a happy birthday card and coupons for local restaurants under the door. The room was clean, with huge windows showcasing beautiful views of the lake and lighthouse. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were several hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel and stairwells, which was reassuring during these times. a great experience!

The lake view was stunning and perfect for a romantic escape. the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel with a variety of options to choose from. the cash bar and complimentary appetizers in the late afternoon were a nice touch.

The check-in process was a disaster with a long wait and only two stations to handle it. the desk is situated right in front of the entrance, so it was hard to enter and exit freely, especially when there was a gaggle of folks waiting.
