Great food, excellent breakfast, Italian and Asian restaurants, amazing room, helpful staff.

Nothing to complain about at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were excellent - they were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with several pools, a beachfront area, and snack/liquor bars. The location was also ideal, with easy transportation options available by Uber/cab or bus for just 10 pesos. One highlight was the a la carte restaurants, where you had to book, but the Mexican dinner was especially good. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The 2 bedroom luxury suite was amazing, with spacious rooms, multiple flat-screen TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the malecon. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face. Special shoutout to Luis, our server, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Not one thing.

I recently stayed at Canto Del Sol in Puerto Vallarta for a week-long vacation. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right by the beach and close to a mall. The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property itself was lovely, with vibrant shows in the evening and a great variety of food options. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay.

The all-inclusive at this hotel was a great value for money, with friendly staff who were always quick to refill our drinks. The room we stayed in was amazing, with two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, and a giant balcony overlooking the infinity pool. The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a bit more variety in the menu options.

We received great value for our money, with a spacious and amazing 2 bedroom luxury suite that had a stunning balcony overlooking the infinity pool. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us and our kids so well, especially our server Luis and the entertainment team Kary and Corina.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach front was decent, with beautiful sunsets and several pools to enjoy. The bed size in my room was great and I had a small outdoor area. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh towels and a clean room every day. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pools and the variety of drinks at the bars. The location was perfect, with easy access to the downtown area and the marina. We loved being right on a small beach and being able to hop on the local buses to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the bellhop who assisted us with taxis to the attentive pool and cleaning service.
