Amazing free upgrade to an impressive suite on the 12th floor for our wedding night. Staff were kind and pleasant, exceeding our expectations. Superb service and comfortable bed.

As young people, my partner and I loved the upscale vibe of Metropolitan at The 9. The entrance and our room were impressive and modern. The General Manager personally greeted us and made us feel special. The staff was amazing and provided outstanding service. The room service was top-notch. The amenities such as the rooftop bar and the downstairs restaurant were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the engaging and knowledgeable staff at the rooftop bar. the hotel delivered a stellar guest experience and we were thoroughly impressed.

The hotel was wonderful with various bars - the Ledger was great, and the vault was amazing. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding and engaging, from the valet to the front desk. The rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant were out of this world. The location was convenient to major downtown venues.

I recently stayed at Metropolitan at the 9 for a concert and it was such a treat! The staff was outstanding, from the valet to the front desk, everyone was engaging and helpful. The room was incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. The amenities like the rooftop bar and restaurant were out of this world. The staff at the rooftop bar, especially Chad and a young blonde hair, stood out with their excellent customer service. the property was displayed in a positive manner and I had a great experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The modern atmosphere was stunning, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The rooftop bar and the bar on the B2 level were both fantastic. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the Indians stadium and the hotel was situated in the warehouse district, close to the financial district. Additionally, there was an amazing grocery store right next to the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the downtown area which was very close to Progressive Field, making it a convenient spot for baseball fans. The hotel itself was up to par with its facilities, including a top-notch gym. I also received excellent customer service from the friendly staff, who made recommendations for things to do back in the Cleveland area. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding.

I had an amazing stay at Metropolitan At The 9, Autograph Collection. The swanky vibe of the hotel, with its oversized chandeliers and stylish decor, really stood out. The suite I stayed in was beautifully designed, with risque artwork and a luxurious bathtub in the middle of the room. The restaurant off the lobby served phenomenal food, and I enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar with a great view. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and delicious dining options. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel had a swanky and stylish vibe with a cool and grown, up atmosphere. the lobby was impressive with oversized chandeliers and well, placed color accents. the mod decor in the suite was also enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect in downtown, with easy access to popular attractions, such as the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame and sports stadiums. There was also a grocery store right next door, which was convenient.

The hotel lacked certain amenities that would have been nice to have, such as an M Club or concierge lounge for grabbing water and a lobby shop for snacks and drinks. This led to extra charges from the mini, bar.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation with my family. the hospitality was fantastic. the staff were courteous and hospitable, always going the extra mile. We got two complementary tickets to a local attraction, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was situated right in the heart of the city's entertainment district. We loved how the hotel had an in-house restaurant, making it easy for us to grab a quick bite whenever we wanted. the rooms were well-appointed, offering stunning views of the city.

That the check-in process was a bit slow, although staff were friendly. there was no spa onsite.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with modern decor, which was perfect for our romantic escape. the rooftop lounge provided great views and a nice atmosphere. We also appreciated the added security of needing a room key to access the elevators, which made us feel safe during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, and there was even a grocery store nearby.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the service regarding room requests was lacking.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty with their impeccable service. the modern and stylish room exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the private facilities available were exquisite. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge areas provided an exclusive ambiance where I could relax and unwind after a long day.

The only minor issue was the slight noise coming from the outside due to the central location. the location advantages made up for this inconvenience.
