The staff at Casa 1810 Parque Hotel Boutique was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is family-friendly, which was perfect for our trip with our teenage son and another family with small children and a toddler. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located just three blocks from the city center. We also appreciated the valet parking and help with our suitcases. The breakfast service, although slow, was worth the wait as the food was excellent. The hotel should consider offering larger portions of orange juice. The rooms had air conditioning, which was a plus. We would definitely return to this hotel for leisure.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. Some of the food looked better than it tasted, which was a bit disappointing.

This hotel is a luxurious gem. the room was elegantly furnished with exclusive amenities that fulfilled every need. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, surrounded by sun loungers and offering a magical view. the Spa lounge was relaxing, and the massage and facial were top-notch. the restaurant served sumptuous food with excellent service, and the location was unbeatable, walking distance to all San Miguel de Allende's attractions.

The young staff serving breakfast, they could use more training in being attentive and fast. Despite this minor issue, the reception staff was very professional and helpful.

The breakfasts were amazing, there was a good variety, and the food tasted really nice. the staff were also very courteous and helpful, they were always willing to assist us in every way possible. the location was perfect! It was close to the centre and made it easy for us to move around and explore the city.

The walls of the rooms are quite thin and one could hear the sounds coming from other rooms, which was a bit disturbing at times. the rooftop pool was much smaller than we anticipated and was not as clean as we expected.
