The kitchen was a great feature, and each room had a unique concept, such as our "New York" room with a private balcony. We also appreciated that pets were allowed and the staff was extremely flexible with accommodations. The location of the hotel near Polanco and Paseo de la Reforma was convenient, and the courtyard was lovely. The hotel facilities were new and nice, and the staff was friendly.

However, the hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood close to many sights, and there is a nice café nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The rooms are also cheerful and nicely decorated, with a rustic feel and comfortable beds.

The night staff at this hotel can be quite rude and unprofessional.

The experience at this hotel was mind-blowing! From the spacious and clean rooms to the amazing staff, everything was super! The option for a Jacuzzi and the beautiful wood and stone floors added a jaw-dropping rustic feel. The bed was absolutely amazing, and the location was safe for lone travelers. The nearby attractions and convenient coffee shop made this stay one of my favorites. Can't wait to come back and try the cave room!

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and beautifully decorated room we received as a sweet upgrade. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, iron, and a safe. The thematic decoration added a touch of Mexico's culture, making us feel right at home. For the price, Casa Anzures S was a great deal. The spacious and clean rooms were definitely worth every penny. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the Polanco neighborhood and all its amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to hold onto my credit card until I returned.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

The room decor was nice and the staff was welcoming. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near the main shopping and entertainment areas in the city. the wifi connection was also very good.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and on the street. the room was also very noisy during the New Year celebrations, which made it difficult to sleep.
