Conveniently located with spacious rooms and a charming courtyard. The themed suites were perfect for families and the variety of books provided a nice touch. The restaurant offered a delicious and affordable breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is the perfect spot to enjoy San Miguel. The location is easy to walk to the Centro, and it's also closest to the artisan's market. I love that they host piano concerts throughout the year, adding to the charm. The rooms have basic amenities and a little kitchen, which was very nice. Plus, each room has its own unique decor.

Our stay at Casa Carly was truly exceptional. The charming and colorful design gave the place a unique and authentic Mexican flair. The courtyard and grounds were beautiful, creating a peaceful oasis. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was great, with just a short walk to the city center and the market. I highly recommend Casa Carly for a cozy and enjoyable stay in San Miguel de Allende.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay were the beautiful courtyard with its peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location within walking distance of the main attractions. The courtyard was filled with lush greenery, a calming fountain, and vibrant flowers, creating a serene and picturesque setting. Being able to relax in such a tranquil environment was a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions without the need for transportation, making it a convenient base for our Christmas holiday.

Worst aspects of our Christmas stay were the lack of filtered water and the temperature control issue in our room. Unlike some other hotels in the area, there was no filtered water available, making it necessary for us to rely on refilled water bottles provided by housekeeping.

Loved spending Xmas here! the colorful courtyard with the beautiful vines and flowers created a magical atmosphere! the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast menu offered a great variety of options. the coffee maker, cooking utensils, and dishes in the room were very convenient. the room was spacious and comfortable, making us feel almost at home. it was very close to the city center, so we were able to enjoy San Miguel's holiday festivities without any problem.

The noise level. Because it was close to a busy street, there was a lot of traffic noise that made it difficult to sleep at times.
