The hotel had very stylish decor and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was definitely a key factor in choosing this hotel, as it was located right in the heart of the city and perfect for exploring. the beds were quite comfy and definitely made for a good night's sleep.

some of the staff were not the friendliest and the hotel lacked food options. if these issues were addressed, it would be a great value.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, I was quite impressed. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions and explore the vibrant streets. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries or suggestions for things to do. The hotel also offered excellent service in terms of housekeeping, ensuring that my room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The room itself was gorgeous, with stylish and modern decor. I loved the terrace and the garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the scenic views. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV and all the necessary toiletries. I had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone.

My recent stay at Casa Cien Hilos was fantastic! The hotel is located in the center of town, making it perfect for exploring San Miguel de Allende on foot. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and bars, providing plenty of dining options. I highly recommend Casa Cien Hilos for a great stay in San Miguel de Allende.

The Frida room was huge with a lovely view, comfy bed, and daily maid service. Convenient location near the main square. Authentic Mexican experience with limited English speaking staff.
