We had a delightful stay at this charming bed & breakfast in a beautiful neighborhood. The Mexican art decor added character to the renovated 1943 building. The breakfast options were excellent, and the daily cleaning was meticulous. Despite some minor drawbacks like a low ceiling in our room and no AC, the staff provided fans and the courtyard view from our window was amazing. Casa Comtesse was a true Mexican experience and we would definitely recommend it.

I stayed twice in this trip and will stay again when I return. The team made me feel really welcome and comfortable. Very comfortable beds, great shower with plenty of hot water, lovely vintage design with lots of art and books. Good choice for breakfast, including eggs to order, yogurt, fruit, juice, and pastries. Located close to cafes, restaurants, and taquerias, with easy access to ATM machines. The garden is really nice to relax in. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots to see. The hotel can arrange airport transport and tours.

Traveling during the rainy season, we knew we'd be indoors. Casa Comtesse was the perfect place to stay. The staff were welcoming, the suite was comfortable, the location safe and quiet. We loved the homey feel, the access to the kitchen, and the excellent service from the staff. Mateo, our host, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us have a unique experience in the city. The property is beautiful and feels like visiting extended family. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Our room had great soundproof windows that blocked out all the street noise, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and served a delicious continental breakfast each morning. I would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

Our hotel was perfectly located, right across the street from a bus stop, which made it easy to get to many of Mexico city's sites. It was also close to everything including metro. The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, with many options to choose from. The view from the room was wonderful, offering a beautiful sunset.

The towels were a bit thin, but it didn't take away from our pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Comtesse Bed & Breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the city, especially Condesa and Roma Norte. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting with coordinating airport transport and other needs. the vintage-style furniture and design added to the overall ambiance of the place. the breakfast was great, and I enjoyed chatting with other guests at the big dining table. the room was comfortable, with a beautiful chandelier and a cozy bed. I definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

Loved the comfortable bed and spotless room. the staff was super helpful and friendly. the breakfast was different every morning, loved the variety. the building was beautifully decorated and the ambiance was light and airy. the location was perfect, right outside a bus stop and walking distance to cafes, bars, and parks. Absolutely felt safe in the area. Great atmosphere in the guest house, loved chatting with other guests over breakfast and relaxing in the garden with a beer. A perfect weekend getaway.

This hotel is located in the lovely area of Condessa, a residential neighbourhood on a quiet street. The staff provides exceptional service with attention to detail, and the basic amenities are great. The rooms are spacious with garden views which I highly recommend. Breakfast is delicious with a different Mexican meal every day.

Had an enjoyable New Year stay at this hotel. the bar was great, with welcoming staff, and the complimentary mescal drinks were a nice touch. the location was perfect as it was easy to get around to nearby attractions. Plus, the comfortable bedding was a key highlight and allowed for a good night's rest.

the breakfast was mediocre and could be improved. the plumbing worker came into my room unannounced and the door was left open.
