The hotel boasts an ideal location, just a short walk to both the beach and the charming Old Town, making it easy to explore Nice. My room, though compact, offered a delightful balcony with lovely views of the surroundings, and the cleanliness was commendable. The breakfast choices were varied and tasty, with freshly baked pastries that started my days off right.

The location is unbeatable—just blocks from the beach and Old Town. My room had a lovely balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome.

The lack of consistent hot water and issues with cleanliness in rooms suggest a need for better maintenance!!! The limited parking options and poor internet connectivity don't meet basic expectations!!! Haphazard room sizes and dated decor are disappointing!!!

Loved my stay here! The renovated shower was spacious and super clean. The small but cozy reception area had a nice vibe. Plus, sipping coffee on the balcony as the sun came up was a highlight! Only issue? The rooms were a bit tight. Still, it’s a fab location—just a short walk to the beach and shops!
