Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, away from the busy downtown area but still close to great restaurants and attractions. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including an infinity pool, water park, and ocean deck. The views from the lobby and rooms were absolutely breathtaking.

The lower pools were not clean and the shower's hot water was not consistent. However, the upper pool and the beach area were great alternatives.

Spacious, clean room. Lovely bathroom with hot water. Friendly staff offered a tour and welcome drink by the pool. Free bike rental to explore the island. Access to a beautiful beach club with pools, bar, and activities. Great food and breakfast selection.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location down by the restaurant was amazing, with a garden overlooking the sea. The room was spacious and clean, with big windows that brightened up the room. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast included was excellent. We also enjoyed the nice walk to the most eastern side of the island, where we had a beautiful view. a great experience!

The beach below the hotel was not the best, with seaweed when we were there.

The view, ocean club access, helpful hotel reception, knowledgeable staff, free water sports, snorkeling.

My stay at Casa De Los Suenos Hotel Boutique was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with vibrant Mexican colors. The bathroom was lovely with plenty of hot water. The hotel staff were welcoming and even gave us a tour of the premises. We were delighted to find over 10 free welcome drinks in the fridge. The pool and hotel grounds were clean and inviting. I especially appreciated the free bike rental, which allowed us to explore the island. The hotel also provided a free day pass to the nearby Parque de los Suenos, a stunning area by the sea with pools, bars, and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality, staff, premises, and location. It was truly one of the best places I have stayed in Mexico.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was impressed with the luxurious amenities. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with exclusive features like a private balcony and high-end toiletries. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, while the location offered stunning views and easy access to the beach club with its aqua park and snorkeling equipment.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of beach umbrellas, which made it challenging to find shade on the beach. this did not detract from my wonderful experience at the hotel.

Enjoyed the free breakfast and the complimentary welcome drink. the location was great, easily accessible to local restaurants and attractions. the beach view from the room balcony was breathtaking.

The room smelled of mold and the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. the staff were not very helpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.
