I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a charming coastal location. The hotel staff provided excellent service from the moment I arrived. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcomed and remembered me from previous visits. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel's decor was eclectic and captivating, with intriguing pieces of art and decorations throughout.

The hotel is also family-friendly, making it a great choice for those traveling with children.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the lovely park in Saltburn-on-sea, which leads down to the great beach. the hotel is located next to the entrance into public gardens, allowing for a nice walk to the seafront. The room was comfortable and recently renovated, with a wonderful slipper bath. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel had clean and well-decorated reception areas.

The breakfast buffet had flies in the open bowls of cereal and cheese/meat plate, which was offputting.

I recently had a lovely stay at Brockley Hall in Saltburn. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with a lift that makes it easy to carry luggage. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast in my room was fabulous. The dining room looked stunning in the evening, and the hotel's location was perfect, close to the seafront and within easy reach of other coastal towns. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and the hotel had ample parking and WiFi available.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fabulous, You must go there even if its just to see the decor! There's a surprise in every corner from the giant stuffed bear just inside the front door to the silver and black ceiling motif in the restaurant and the gorilla with the bowler hat also in the restaurant. The al-a-carte menu is not to be missed - the creme brulee was a visual delight, definitely one of the finest meals we've had anywhere. Beautiful hotel with fabulous decor throughout and gorgeous outside space with nice chairs and waitress service at all times. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast selection was very good.

the hotel, Brockley Hall, was tastefully decorated with an edge and the staff were friendly and helpful. the highlight of my stay was the dinner in the restaurant - the food was spectacular! I opted for the 7 course tasting menu and each dish was prepared and served to perfection. the breakfast the next morning was also top-notch. Brockley Hall is one of the best hotels I've stayed in recently and offers great value for money.

The location may not be central or by the sea, but the beautiful walk to the seafront through the gardens more than made up for it. Additionally, the proper parking made it convenient for us. Despite some minor navigation confusion, the staff was always there to assist us.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to everything you want to see in the area. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and the sea. The rooms are well-decorated with a quirky style, and they have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent, served on piping hot plates. The hotel also offers unique facilities like a full-size bear in the foyer and a small gorilla wearing a bowler in the lounge.

The noise from the kitchen cleaning up after service can be quite bothersome, especially if you have your window open for fresh air.

The waiting staff seemed a bit disorganized and it took quite a while for them to take our orders and offer refills.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel with an excellent location, beautiful garden, and comfortable room. the staff at Brockley Hall were friendly and even made a packed breakfast for us so we could leave early. It was the best breakfast we had during our stay in the area. the hotel is also conveniently within walking distance of the town center and other attractions like the beach and pier.

I recently stayed at Brockley Hall for a relaxing weekend getaway. The food was superb, with the lamb and steak being the best we've had in a long time. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the public rooms and our bedroom were impressive. The decor, comfort, and cleanliness of the room were outstanding, and the staff was extremely helpful even after our stay. The location was great, with ample parking available at no extra cost.

Lovely furnishings, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to park and beach, good snack bars and surf equipment shop. Great place to stay with helpful staff in pubs and shops. Great meal and lovely pub with sea views.

The location was great, just a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for our romantic escape. the breakfast was also of good quality, with a range of options suitable for all types of guests. We particularly enjoyed the lovely view from our room, it was amazing to wake up to such a beautiful sight in the morning.

The decor of the hotel was way too over-the-top for our taste, and made the whole experience feel tacky and dated. We definitely expected a more luxurious and comfortable room for our romantic getaway.
