The venue is a sanctuary of tranquility. The service is exceptional, the staff attentive to every need. The luxurious Spa & wellness centre offers a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool is heated and surrounded by sun loungers. The Spa centre is serene and elegant, perfect for relaxation. The sun terrace and beach umbrellas are an added bonus, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather.

There is only one minor issue. Some of the rooms are cave-like with no exterior windows, which might be an issue for some guests.

The mix of old and modern was impressive and enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh, hot, and tasty, with a variety of options, such as scrambled eggs, chilaquiles. The hotel's location was quite practical, close to the local mercados and the Great Pyramid at Cholula, and within walking distance of the Cerveceria Cholula.

The room was too hot, with only two fans that didn't make any difference. , we expected to have a little refrigerator to keep some beverages cold, but there wasn't any available.
