This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness centre provided a full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect places to relax. I also enjoyed the exclusive in-room breakfast that included a delicious assortment of pastries and fresh fruit.

The only minor issue I experienced here was the loud noise from nearby fireworks. Although the hotel provided earplugs, it was still hard to mask the noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome that Casa Hoyos prepared for my wife and me. The rose petal message on the bed was a wonderful touch that made us feel special. The hotel's design is absolutely stunning and very Instagram-worthy. We loved the spacious and comfortable room, packed with all the amenities we needed. The location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient for exploring. I had a fantastic experience at Casa Hoyos - Hotel Boutique.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and had a great time! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and attractions. the staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. We loved the stylish design and comfortable room with great bedding and amenities. the light breakfast was perfect for us and we enjoyed the communal areas.

The pool and rooftop were not always available due to events. the lighting in common areas needed improvement as it was sometimes difficult to navigate.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with just a short walk to the main square and close to many attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from car valet to check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a cozy and well-preserved design. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop bar with its great ambiance, delicious food, and refreshing beverages.

The pool area may sometimes lack attentive staff and need a little more attention and maintenance.

As business travelers, we loved the attention to detail in Casa Hoyos. The staff's professionalism and passion were evident in every aspect, from the beautifully designed architecture and decoration of the house to the small touches like the robe and slippers in the room. The amenities provided, such as the dress steam service and the fountain shower heads in the bathroom, made our stay even more enjoyable. Chef Christian and his team created a culinary masterpiece with their fantastic work of art in the kitchen. Casa Hoyos truly embraces the essence of hospitality.
