We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Paseo Montejo, where we enjoyed evening strolls and delicious dinners at Oliva Enoteca. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast by the pool was a great way to start the day.

A Perfect Oasis. We were greeted with warm hospitality and instantly felt welcomed. The pool and garden area were beautifully maintained, providing a serene atmosphere. Our spacious room had everything we needed, although finding the light switches was a small challenge. The hotel's location was convenient, being a short walk to nearby attractions. The staff were attentive and helpful, despite occasional language barriers. We enjoyed the well-stocked bar and delicious margaritas. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Casa Lecanda Boutique is an oasis of elegance. The garden suite was beautifully appointed, with a pool and garden area just steps away. The stylish colonial decor, with a modern twist, impressed us. The helpful staff made us feel safe and welcomed. The location, just minutes from the Centro, was convenient. We enjoyed the well-stocked bar and incredible margaritas. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had the most incredible stay at a boutique hotel in Merida. From the moment I made my reservation, the staff was prompt, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They assisted me with arranging tours and transportation, and their recommendations for restaurants and shopping were spot-on. The hotel itself was a hidden gem, with a beautiful colonial architecture and a serene inner courtyard with a pool. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the breakfast by the pool was absolutely delicious. I had a magical experience at Casa Lecanda Boutique Hotel and I highly recommend it.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are plenty of dining options within walking distance.

This was without a doubt our favorite hotel during our 4-week honeymoon in Mexico. Everything exceeded expectations! The property is just gorgeous, with elegant and beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptional, providing personal and attentive service. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully prepared. Our room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The hotel is so relaxing, quiet, elegant, and beautiful. We can't wait to come back!

we recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in a lovely old town. Casa Lecanda helped create a delightful and relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were beautifully decorated, with a rain shower in the bathroom and complimentary products. the staff were polite, helpful, and well-trained. Despite the hotel having only 8 rooms, it was very quiet and peaceful. We loved the clean little swimming pool and enjoyed a delicious breakfast by the pool.

Had an amazing New Year's experience! the service was excellent, from the friendly staff to the free valet parking. Loved the hotel's unique decor and the fact that it's located within walking distance of so many tourist attractions. the breakfast was yummy, and the fact that it's included in the room rate was a nice touch.

The bathroom wasn't as private as I would have liked, and the semi-open design was a bit uncomfortable. I wish they had provided a way for guests to refill their water bottles instead of using plastic bottles.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a bustling city. the luxurious amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, fulfilled all our needs. the in-room breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day and the fine dining was a real treat. the staff provided exceptional service, offering massages and foot massages, which were top-notch.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the garden area was not as large as we were expecting. this did not take away from our overall experience at this hotel, which was exceptional.

An unforgettable experience with flawless design, attentive staff, and mesmerizing ambiance. Morgana and Balthazar went above and beyond, creating a whole new level of friendliness and kindness. Spotless rooms, effective AC, and ample space. Wonderful pool addition, brilliant and discreet service. Convenient nearby parking with free valet. Delicious breakfast with a good variety, inclusive of continental options.
