A Perfect Oasis. We were greeted with warm hospitality and instantly felt welcomed. The pool and garden area were beautifully maintained, providing a serene atmosphere. Our spacious room had everything we needed, although finding the light switches was a small challenge. The hotel's location was convenient, being a short walk to nearby attractions. The staff were attentive and helpful, despite occasional language barriers. We enjoyed the well-stocked bar and delicious margaritas. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

This was without a doubt our favorite hotel during our 4-week honeymoon in Mexico. Everything exceeded expectations! The property is just gorgeous, with elegant and beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptional, providing personal and attentive service. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully prepared. Our room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The hotel is so relaxing, quiet, elegant, and beautiful. We can't wait to come back!

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was super helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of downtown and several good restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful gardens and an amazing pool. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was so well-maintained. And the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, the perfect way to start the day.

An unforgettable experience with flawless design, attentive staff, and mesmerizing ambiance. Morgana and Balthazar went above and beyond, creating a whole new level of friendliness and kindness. Spotless rooms, effective AC, and ample space. Wonderful pool addition, brilliant and discreet service. Convenient nearby parking with free valet. Delicious breakfast with a good variety, inclusive of continental options.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and impeccable cleanliness. We loved the small pool and hammocks, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, just two blocks from the Paseo Montejo, a great spot for leisurely strolls before or after dinner. Additionally, the hotel's continental breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day in the garden.
