The general areas were well-maintained and provided plenty of seating for relaxation. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed throughout the property. It made it much easier for me to navigate and enjoy my vacation without any worries.

I would have appreciated if the staff had been more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior guests. Maybe a little more assistance with luggage or offering to help us carry our bags up the stairs would have made a big difference in creating a better vacation experience for seniors.

We had a great stay at Casa Luca. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the bustling 5th Avenue but still peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Our room, number 31, was bright, airy, and impeccably clean. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of Fatima, who arranged our airport transfers and an amazing excursion to Isla Mujeres. We would definitely book here again on our next trip.
