The rooftop view was amazing, it was great to be able to see the city from such a height. the staff was very helpful and friendly. The central location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city on foot. staying here made my business trip more enjoyable.

I had to park far away and walk through flooded streets to get to the hotel. Once in the lobby, I was met with yet more flooding.

The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and cultural decor that reflects the charm of the city. Guests can enjoy a powerful hot rainfall shower in the modern bathroom and make use of the convenient refrigerator in their room. The common areas throughout the hotel are beautifully adorned with plants, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen in some rooms may be missing utensils or pots, but this is a minor issue considering all the other positive aspects of the hotel.

The charming hotel had tastefully decorated rooms and delightful sitting nooks. The rooftop Cafe offered a stunning view of the cathedral and mountains. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the main plaza, cathedral, and top restaurants in the area. The hotel had beautiful common areas with lots of plants, giving it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a refrigerator and a powerful hot rainfall shower. The wood furniture and decor added a touch of culture to the room. The staff was amazing and provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in town. I also enjoyed the delicious and filling breakfast. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when we had to evacuate due to a hurricane and had our pets with us.
