The value for our money was excellent, and the room was fantastic with a breathtaking view of the beach. The location was convenient with frequent buses passing right in front of the hotel. The staff at Casa Maya treated us like family, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Our family enjoyed a free upgrade to a spacious room with a kitchen, sitting area, and a large balcony with stunning views. The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering great amenities like a nice beach, pool, and play areas. The staff, especially Juan, Seline, and Gonzalo, were incredibly friendly and made us feel cared for during our stay. The beach here is one of the nicest we've seen, and the included breakfast was delicious. The fast elevators were a bonus, minimizing our wait time and maximizing our beach time. Highly recommend this hotel!

The buffet dinner was underwhelming and not worth the price. the limited options and lack of fresh cooked stations left us disappointed.

Our hotel was located in a prime location, close to everything and just a stone's throw away from an amazing beach. The proximity to the airport was really nice. The view from our room and the well-kept grounds made for a relaxing stay. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to assist us.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some updating.

Amazing value for the price, especially for a beachfront property. the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the bar staff was attentive. the moderately sized rooms were comfortable and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area and check out some great local restaurants.

Nothing it is perfect.

We had a great stay in a Jr suite with amazing views, huge room, and ice cold AC. The grounds and beach were clean, and the food was excellent and affordable. The water park next door was awesome and we enjoyed the pool and beach all day. 25 minutes to airport.

It was all superb.

Family-friendly resort with spacious 2-3 bedroom units, kitchen, and living room. Dedicated activity director and plenty of water activities. On-site restaurant and laundry. Spectacular ocean views from a beautiful balcony. Amazing staff who go above and beyond. Great location with easy access to desired places. Playground for children and shallow, clear blue water.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Maya! Our family enjoyed the clean rooms, fantastic balcony, and the variety of amenities for children like the trampoline, playground, and beach toys. The convenience store in the lobby was a great addition, and the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection. Plus, our day trip to Isla Mujeres was absolutely fantastic!

Great location, close to bus stops for easy transportation to Zona Hotelera and city center. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach with towels provided. Warm water in the swimming pool.

We had a fantastic time here! The location was perfect for us, as we could easily walk to a few places and catch a bus to explore areas that were a bit farther away. The hotel offered excellent service, with room service available 24/7 and friendly and helpful staff. We also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as car hire, laundry service, and even an airport shuttle. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchenette and a balcony with lovely views. the comfort and quality of this place exceeded our expectations.

Staying at this place was a delightful experience. The location was good, just a little far from the tourist area but still an okay location. The swimming pool was great and provided a refreshing escape from the hot weather. The hotel is right on the hotel strip, making it convenient to catch buses to all the shops and restaurants. The service was outstanding, with room service available 24 hours a day and excellent housekeeping. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony to enjoy the views. this place was clean, beautiful, and provided a wonderful stay.

The only recommendation I have is to be aware that the staff could be pushy at check-in, as they might try to sell you on excursions before you get to your room. Other than that, this hotel is really nice, everything is clean, and it's a beautiful place to stay.
