I had an amazing time at Casa Maya! The staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I arrived late at night, they promptly provided me with water bottles and ensured my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach was private and pristine, perfect for relaxing. Despite a small issue with the socket in the room, the overall experience was fantastic. The warm swimming pool and beachfront location were definite highlights. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway. I had a wonderful stay at Casa Maya and would definitely return.

This hotel is a real gem, offering incredible value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location right on a beautiful white sand beach. The staff provides excellent service and is always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including bunk beds for families and even complete amenities like a fridge and microwave. Plus, the indoor restaurant offers a delicious breakfast included in the price, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location right on a beautiful white sand beach was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace, taking dips in the outdoor swimming pool, and even indulging in spa treatments at the spa & wellness centre. The staff here were truly amazing, always friendly, and provided excellent service. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the kitchenette and in-room breakfast option. our stay here was a relaxing and luxurious experience.

On the downside, this venue is not recommended for families. However, if you are a couple or solo traveler seeking enhanced comfort and quality services, this hotel is a great choice.

I recently stayed at Casa Maya for a short but satisfying visit. The staff was more than excellent, always friendly and helpful. The cleaning and grounds staff did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and beach. The hotel is in great shape for its age, with constant attention to restoration. The view from our room was beautiful. Special shoutouts to Patricia, Sergio, and the man in charge of the dining room for their outstanding service. The hotel truly understands and caters to tourists.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach was absolutely stunning, and the beach staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the hot tubs and hammocks, were a great addition to my stay. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful throughout, and the breakfast was amazing. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, being close to a rocky area with private villas and in a quiet area, right on a beautiful beach. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making my travel experience even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Maya! The staff made us feel right at home and we loved how clean the rooms were. The food was great and the beach was perfect for kids. The tour company was a big help in booking our excursions and we want to give a shout-out to Angel, Oscar, and Juan. The location was fantastic and the beach was amazing with no seaweed and great snorkeling. We felt safe with security always around.
