We had the most amazing time at La Casa Cielo in El Cuyo! It was our best hotel in Mexico so far. The secluded location was perfect for our peaceful getaway. The staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home. The rooms were gorgeous and just steps away from the pool and beach. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the rooftop cocktails and food. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel La Casa Cielo. The direct access to the beach was a dream come true. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The restaurant served excellent dishes that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The ocean view from my bedroom was breathtaking. The included breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the housemade hot sauce. The property was well-maintained and tidy. It never felt crowded with other guests, and I had plenty of space to find my own private area. The property also helped me arrange a reasonably priced taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The only drawback I experienced was the lackluster end of the year menu and party. The menu was nothing special, and my kids left the table hungry.

Spent easter in paradise! Received complementary breakfast every morning and a cocktail at night, couldn't ask for more! Location was perfect with the beach just a step away, and there were plenty of private areas to soak up the sun. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hot sauce was amazing!

Despite a great experience, there were policies that were a bit frustrating - no outside food or drinks allowed and limited wifi. , we experienced a power outage with no communication or apology.
