I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great, as it is close to the airport and Sumidero Park. The room was clean and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, there is an OXXO and a pharmacy conveniently located next to the hotel.

The hotel is not located in the city center, so it may not be ideal if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of the city.

I had a pleasant stay at a budget hotel in Tuxtla. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient with several stores nearby. The AC and hot water worked well. I recommend this hotel.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the delicious and varied breakfast options, including the Chiapas Breakfast platter. The hotel's location near the Embarcadero to Sidero and the Miradores was perfect for exploring. The presence of an OXXO and pharmacy right next to the hotel made it convenient for us to find vegan snacks and essentials.

We felt safe walking at night and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. However, the location was not ideal as it was far away from restaurants or attractions. the only option for food was the convenience store next to the hotel. the staff was friendly, but not fluent in English. the air conditioning was decent, which was a plus given the hot weather. the hotel was just ok, nothing special.

The biggest problem was the noise. There was loud music and cars honking all night, making it difficult to sleep.
