We had a perfect stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was very pleasant, with this place being just a short distance from Chichen Itza. We loved the fact that the staff gave us a "pass" to park at a nearby hotel and enter through their private entrance, avoiding the crowd at the main entrance. The rooms were big and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathtub. The pool was clean and the garden was beautiful, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.

And to top it off, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms made it easy to stay connected.

Some workers in the area seemed to take advantage of tourists. A medical center charged unnecessary fees, and the hotel worker was rude when we questioned it.

We had a blast at Hotel Chichen Itza! The swimming pool was amazing and we couldn't get enough of it, swimming 2-3 times a day. The free breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. We also loved the convenient location, with a fantastic restaurant just across the street. The value for money was incredible, and it was so close to Chichen Itza, making it easy to explore the ruins.

We had a pleasant stay in a spacious and clean room at this friendly hotel. The staff were helpful and the location was perfect, close to everything and right next to the Ruins. The room had windows on both sides, allowing a nice breeze to flow through. The facilities were well-maintained, including a large pool in the inner courtyard. The staff made us feel welcome and even taught us some Mayan phrases. it was a great place to stay in Piste.
