We loved our queen studio! The kitchenette was a lifesaver, and the game center and movie theatre across the street were perfect for snow days. Just a tip, check for parking fees in advance. We enjoyed clean, ample space and appreciated friendly staff assistance during our stay!

We were in the middle of house hunting with the kids and the staff treated us like family. One time my kid wet the bed and I didn’t have to lift a finger, they brought me fresh sheets in no time at all. Breakfast had a huge variety, even my son with a strawberry allergy got special fruit, which made things easy for us.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but considering the service and accommodations, it was still reasonable.

the residence inn had a great heated indoor pool and a well-equipped gym. it’s conveniently located close to usaFA, restaurants, and shopping. the rooms were spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast.

i was stunned by the long wait at check-in, almost 40 minutes! it’s really disheartening to find a butter knife in the shower, but i guess cleanliness isn’t their strong suit. woudl it be too much to expect a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences? i almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t.

Check-in after 7 PM was a hassle with a 30-40 minute wait!!! The air conditioning unit failed on day three. The queen suite felt cramped with the pullout sofa in use, blocking movement!!! Charge for parking is another hit on costs!!!
