The pool at Chileno Bay Resort & Residences is absolutely amazing. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The serene and pristine atmosphere of the property makes you feel like you're in paradise. The warm and welcoming staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Although the price may be on the higher side, the experience is well worth it and definitely a bucket list item. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious getaway.

The pool was the best part of this place. It was relaxing and clean, and we spent most of our time there. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the free breakfast each morning. the hotel was in a great location close to downtown and all the attractions.

We were promised a room away from the construction, but they put us in a building next to it. We had to go through a hassle to get moved to a worse room with no view.

At Chileno Bay Resort, we found ourselves in the center of the property, away from the construction. Our spacious room offered a stunning ocean view, with a pristine bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the attentive regular staff catered to our needs perfectly. The pool was a delightful spot to relax and unwind, providing a serene atmosphere all day long.

The unwanted presence of an uninvited butler was an unnecessary inconvenience.

We did experience one minor issue where the sauna was unavailable, but it didn't dampen our overall experience. the location advantages of this hotel are somewhat limited, but that also adds to its peaceful and intimate ambiance.
