Our recent stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of the service provided. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady in the restaurant who made our dining experience memorable. the room, despite a few minor issues, had a stunning view of the falls. Having breakfast delivered to our room on the first morning was a lovely touch that added to our overall positive experience. the green plan for opting out of housekeeping was a great initiative, and we appreciated the $5 voucher for Starbucks provided in return.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the parking situation. Having only valet parking as the sole option with no self-parking available can be inconvenient, especially given the additional cost.

The breathtaking falls view from our room on the 19th floor was amazing, Morton’s restaurant served perfect steaks, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The gym and pool were top-notch, and the spa lounge provided a relaxing escape. However, the encounter with one unfriendly staff member during breakfast was a minor setback, but the rest of the staff's wonderful service overshadowed this blip. 🌊

stayed at the marriott fallsview, on the 22nd floor - perfect view of the falls. pool was great for our 2-year-old. valet parking at $35 a day is worth it for the convenience. packed car in the morning, left with valet to explore until later. clean, comfortable, and safe hotel. central location for easy walking to restaurants and attractions. friendly and helpful staff.

Wow, the view of the Niagara Falls from our room was breathtaking! Friendly staff and fantastic leisure facilities. DEFINITELY coming back! Even better in person.

the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. it's close to the fenicula railway - which made getting around easy. the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy - especially the front desk staff who managed to get our rooms near each other.

The Fallsview Restaurant offers more than just a meal; it's a culinary adventure in a league of its own. As I dined, the view of the Falls was so mesmerizing that it felt as if the rushing waters were engulfing my senses, leaving me in awe of nature's grandeur.

Valet service was substandard.

The view from our room on the 10th floor was absolutely mind-blowing, overlooking the majestic horseshoe Falls and the American side of the Niagara Falls. The fireworks display was super, and we had the best seats with no crowds to deal with. The breakfast buffet was generous and the availability of window space made it a jaw-dropping experience. The bell hop made a great show of opening the drapes, just like on fixer upper, but even better.

I absolutely adored the warm and inviting ambiance of the hotel's lobby and common areas. The cozy seating areas and wide windows allowed for plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for senior folks like myself to unwind and take in the stunning views of the falls. Additionally, the convenience of having WEGO Transit stops located directly in front of the hotel's entrance made getting around with ease, especially for those of us who prefer to avoid too much walking.

I would certainly appreciate more readily available assistance for senior guests, such as additional support in making dining reservations or accessing the various amenities. It would be lovely to see the children of the staff providing more personalized attention to ensure a seamless and enjoyable vacation for older individuals.

Waking up to the stunning sight of the falls was truly remarkable. The pools were also a highlight, providing a refreshing and enjoyable way to relax. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The on-site facilities such as the swimming pool and jacuzzi added a relaxing touch to our trip with our 8-month-old baby. We also enjoyed exploring nearby landmarks such as Horseshoe Falls and Niagara Falls State Park, which provided excellent family bonding experiences.

Picture this - indulging in Spanish delights at the Great Room Lobby Bar while soaking in a jaw-dropping view of Niagara Falls. Housekeeping garnished the stay with impeccable service, and the lovely room and lobby set the stage for a memorable escape.

The breakfast left us craving more - two measly bagels and orange juice for a hefty extra fee felt like a missed culinary opportunity. Valet and parking adding extra charges felt like a sprinkle of salt on the wound.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to experience the falls firsthand and enjoy outside walks. The hotel's proximity is excellent to the breakfast area and Morton's restaurant on the mezzanine level. Additionally, the room's beds are fantastic, and there are chairs or a love seat in front of the window with a fantastic view of the falls. There are flowers surrounding the hotel, which adds to the beauty of the location.

The check-in process can be slow, causing some guests to become frustrated.

The Marriott Fallsview offers stunning views of the falls right from your room. Rooms are spacious, with great amenities like a spa tub and excellent service from the staff.
