The general areas were spacious and well-lit, perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxing. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy-to-navigate corridors and elevator access that catered to my needs, allowing me to move around comfortably during my stay.

I'd wish for more personalized assistance from the children of the staff, especially for senior guests, to ensure a smoother and more tailored experience for us.

The Pierside Santa Monica lived up to its promises, offering a room that looked just like the picture - clean, comfortable, with a nice comfortable bed. The beach towels in the rooms were a thoughtful touch and made my beach outings even more enjoyable. The hotel's beachfront location provided stunning views and easy access to Santa Monica Pier and State Beach, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The furnishing is a little bit outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. However, this was a minor issue in comparison to the enjoyable stay I had at Pierside Santa Monica.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an amazing location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with directions. Although the rooms were a little older, they were very clean and spacious. The bathroom could’ve been bigger, but that's understandable. The breakfast was delicious, and happy hour at the bar was a delightful surprise. The towels were plentiful and the temperature was excellent. My only criticism is that the interior design could use some updating.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides an internet station in the lobby with two computers and a printer for guests to use. It was convenient and I was able to quickly print out some documents and check my emails without any issues. The location was perfect for exploring Santa Monica as well.

One service that I missed for my work was an in-room desk or workspace. It would have been helpful to have a designated area in the room where I could comfortably work on my laptop and paperwork.

The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also had great facilities such as a fitness studio and a TV room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I keep coming back to this place for a reason. The staff once helped me with a late departure which I greatly appreciated. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, swimming pool, beach access, and pet-friendly. I can't wait to return for Christmas!
