The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near the interstate, making it a great base for exploring the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, reflecting excellent hospitality training. the room was comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

The surrounding area was run down and not well taken care of, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was a strong moldy smell in the hotel and the cleaning products had a very overpowering chemical scent.

Clean rooms with spacious layouts. The pool had warm water and was suitable for families. Convenient location with easy access to the interstate. Friendly and accommodating staff. Gracious hospitality from well-trained employees.

We were thrilled with our stay here! The location is perfect for us, as it's close to all the attractions across the river and to the Memphis downtown area. We especially loved the amazing service provided—the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from the room service to the laundry facilities. The room itself was fantastic, with great room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, and a dryer. We also enjoyed the entertainment options, with the television and am/fm alarm clock. The dining selection was wonderful as well, with a delicious breakfast and very kind staff.

I stayed at Comfort Suites for 2 nights while visiting Memphis. The spacious and cozy rooms were clean and neat. The bathroom was also spacious, and as a tall person, I was excited to find a tub big enough for me. The friendly staff, especially Cliff, our Guest Services Rep, were amazing and very helpful. The hotel's location right off the highway and within 10 minutes of downtown Memphis was great. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was superb. a great value for the price, I would definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient, just a 10-minute drive from downtown Memphis and Beale Street. Additionally, the cleaning service was reliable and the facilities, such as the pool, were in good working condition.

We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the convenient location close to the tourist attractions. A nice touch was the basket with bathroom essentials in the lobby bathroom.

The carpet in our room was quite dirty and the bathtub had some mold around the walls.
