The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed like ironing facilities, a safe, and even a patio. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring that our needs were met and that we had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near several restaurants, making it easy for us to explore different dining options. Lastly, I really enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast that was served. The Mexican bread was absolutely delicious and it was a great way to start off our day.

While I had a generally positive experience at the hotel, there were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. the staff at the front desk were not the friendliest or most accommodating.

The room was clean, with a tub in the bathroom. Free breakfast for 2 and central location. Helpful reception staff provided extra towels.

Clean tile floors and comfortable beds with great pillows available. Breakfast has a variety of options including coffee, eggs, beans chilaquiles, potatoes, cereal and juice. The pool area is well-maintained and staff work hard to keep it clean. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. The hotel has a colonial-style building which adds to its charm.

We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool and it was a great way to unwind during our vacation.

We had issues with our reservation and the receptionist was not helpful in resolving them. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues in our room, such as a falling curtain and difficulty accessing the WiFi password.
