I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room at Comfort Inn. However, the noise from other guests in the hallways at night was a bit disruptive to my sleep. Despite that, the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The pool could use some cleaning, but considering the price, it's still a great deal. I would recommend this hotel for its affordability and decent accommodations.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, being near everything we needed to do. It was easy to access Lazaro Cardenas avenue. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony and terrace provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The swimming pool and garden area were well-maintained and offered a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere. this place provided a comfortable and luxurious experience.

We loved this place as it is near everything that we needed to do. The room amenities such as air conditioning, in-room safe, balcony and mini-bar were excellent. The staff was friendly and provided us with good rooms service. The swimming pool and garden area were well-maintained and perfect to relax. Moreover, the delicious continental breakfast at the dining restaurant made our mornings better.

For breakfast, we had to be up before 10. However, the cost benefit was not that great.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel and had a fantastic experience. the complimentary breakfast was exquisite and included diverse options. the hotel's location was prime, and I was able to explore the vibrant city and its culture effortlessly. the Wi-Fi service was speedy, and I was able to stream my favorite films on the lovely flat-screen TV.

That the room was quite noisy, and I had trouble sleeping due to the sound of ongoing repairs which continued very late into the night. Another disadvantage was that the receptionist was not very friendly or approachable, and I had to make repeated requests for assistance.
