I had the most amazing stay at Tago Tulum By G Hotels. The ocean front suite provided breathtaking views and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious. Despite a few minor issues with the Wi-Fi and the beach bar being closed, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Tago Tulum By G Hotels for a high-end and peaceful vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Limited amenities available, with some not functioning properly. Some issues upon arrival, including a seized lock and a leak in the roof causing water to spray on the bed.

Great location, close to best restaurants. Amazing staff and helpful throughout. Fantastic sushi restaurant with fresh fish. Room on second floor had open roof concept, slightly warm during July heat. Beautiful, clean interior and balcony. Convenient in-room massages.

My stay at Tago Tulum By G Hotels was absolutely amazing. The rooms were comfortable and modern, and I especially loved the private pool in my room. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from all the beach clubs and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any requests. The private beach area was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. The free parking and good wifi speeds were definitely appreciated. I had a fantastic experience at Tago Tulum and would highly recommend it.

The beach was pristine and free of seaweed, unlike other hotels in the area. The room we stayed in was outstanding and had its own private pool. The staff, especially Betty, Enrique, and Sol, provided exceptional customer service and paid attention to every detail. The food was great, although I would have loved to see more typical Mexican dishes on the menu. highly recommended.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides. there were no hot tub or hotel pool facilities, which would have been a nice addition.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and really made our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. the location of the hotel was also perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. We loved being able to relax and soak up the sun right outside our hotel room. Another great aspect was the delicious food served at the restaurant. the menu had a variety of options and the flavors were outstanding.

One downside was the high prices of everything in the area. We found it hard to justify the cost of some items, especially when there were cheaper options available elsewhere.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were stunning, with comfortable beds and private pools. The beach was just steps away from the lobby, and we loved starting our days with breakfast beneath a perfect palm tree. The service from Eduardo at the bar, Mika at the concierge desk, and Daniel at the restaurant was exceptional.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of a hot tub or hotel pool , although we did have a private pool in our suite.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a private swimming pool and all the amenities we needed. the fact that they provided Voss water bottles everyday was a nice touch. the location was fantastic, right on the beach with easy access to different restaurants. We loved being able to sit on the beach and enjoy the delicious breakfast that was included in our rate. the food was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from.

We felt like we were being gouged with the exorbitant prices for food and drinks. the transportation costs into town were also quite steep, adding to the overall expensive feel of our trip.

Luxurious, spacious, clean rooms with great beach views. Excellent food served on the beach, in the dining area, or as room service. Attentive and professional service from Carlos, Bruno, Manuel, and Cesar. World-class boutique hotel with thoughtful amenities. Hope to visit again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. The room we stayed in was incredible, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The hotel's location right by the beach was perfect, with easy access to the sandy path that led us directly to the water's edge. The breakfast served in our room, at the beach, or in the restaurant was delicious and made our mornings so much more relaxing.

We had an incredible time at this beachfront hotel in the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The location was perfect, with one perfect palm tree providing shade on the beach. The Coral restaurant was amazing, serving the freshest fish we've ever tasted. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful interior and a clean balcony. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and the in-room massages were so convenient. it was a relaxing and high-end experience that we highly recommend.

The Wi-Fi did struggle at times, but it wasn't a major concern as we were there to disconnect.
