I had the most amazing stay at Tago Tulum By G Hotels. The ocean front suite provided breathtaking views and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious. Despite a few minor issues with the Wi-Fi and the beach bar being closed, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Tago Tulum By G Hotels for a high-end and peaceful vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with private pools. Exceptional service, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. Located in a prime spot on the beach, with easy access to various restaurants and attractions.

Limited amenities available, with some not functioning properly. Some issues upon arrival, including a seized lock and a leak in the roof causing water to spray on the bed.

Great location, close to best restaurants. Amazing staff and helpful throughout. Fantastic sushi restaurant with fresh fish. Room on second floor had open roof concept, slightly warm during July heat. Beautiful, clean interior and balcony. Convenient in-room massages.

The beach was pristine and free of seaweed, unlike other hotels in the area. The room we stayed in was outstanding and had its own private pool. The staff, especially Betty, Enrique, and Sol, provided exceptional customer service and paid attention to every detail. The food was great, although I would have loved to see more typical Mexican dishes on the menu. highly recommended.

The service was exceptional - the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the great breakfast and the beach facilities. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and taxis.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides. there were no hot tub or hotel pool facilities, which would have been a nice addition.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were stunning, with comfortable beds and private pools. The beach was just steps away from the lobby, and we loved starting our days with breakfast beneath a perfect palm tree. The service from Eduardo at the bar, Mika at the concierge desk, and Daniel at the restaurant was exceptional.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of a hot tub or hotel pool , although we did have a private pool in our suite.

Perfect location, helpful staff, amazing sushi, beautiful room, convenient massages.

Luxurious, spacious, clean rooms with great beach views. Excellent food served on the beach, in the dining area, or as room service. Attentive and professional service from Carlos, Bruno, Manuel, and Cesar. World-class boutique hotel with thoughtful amenities. Hope to visit again soon!

We had an amazing stay at Tago Tulum By G Hotels. The location was superb and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast and the restaurant were great, and the atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping service was excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy.
