We had a fantastic time at Residence Inn during our four-day stay in South Dakota. The apartment was perfect for cooking, spacious, and cozy during the winter. The free access to the nearby waterpark's hot tub was a great bonus, and the included breakfast and Monday night appetizers were a nice touch. The helpful and courteous reception staff, along with the efficient housekeeping attendant, made our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was modern, clean, and had a fantastic kitchen area. a wonderful experience that we would definitely repeat.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Rapid City for sightseeing purposes. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond when two of my children got sick, providing extra bedding and drinks to help them feel better. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfasts and light dinners, which were delicious and well-planned. The grassy areas for pets were a bonus, along with clear disposal instructions for pet waste. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and attentive staff.

We stayed at Residence Inn for 3 nights and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing extra bedding and even sprite for our sick children. The rooms were clean and beds super comfy. The fully stocked kitchenette was a great convenience, and the spacious shower with full-sized toiletries was a nice bonus. They even offer complimentary dinner/mixer on weekdays. it was the best place we've ever stayed at.

The breakfast choices could be improved, especially in terms of replenishment. Some food items took a long time to be refilled, and there were times when certain items, like yogurts, were not available.
