Great location right off the highway, making it convenient for road travelers. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a full-size fridge, microwave, and cooktop. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles.

The TV in the room was positioned very far away from the sofa, making it difficult to watch and read the screen. the WiFi was a hassle as it required frequent reconnection and took a long time to connect.

We had a fantastic time at Residence Inn during our four-day stay in South Dakota. The apartment was perfect for cooking, spacious, and cozy during the winter. The free access to the nearby waterpark's hot tub was a great bonus, and the included breakfast and Monday night appetizers were a nice touch. The helpful and courteous reception staff, along with the efficient housekeeping attendant, made our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was modern, clean, and had a fantastic kitchen area. a wonderful experience that we would definitely repeat.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Rapid City for sightseeing purposes. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond when two of my children got sick, providing extra bedding and drinks to help them feel better. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfasts and light dinners, which were delicious and well-planned. The grassy areas for pets were a bonus, along with clear disposal instructions for pet waste. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and attentive staff.

Great Place to Stay. Good price. We stopped here after a long day and played at the attached water park. the indoor water park was awesome, especially since it was snowing outside. the rooms were nice and modern, and the Roku allowed the kids to watch their favorite shows. the breakfast had many healthier options, and the staff was friendly.

Avoid this property. The room had some cleanliness issues, and when we reported it to the front desk, they didn't seem to care.
