The location of the hotel was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Being directly on the water allowed for beautiful views and easy access to snorkeling and diving activities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Another advantage of staying at this hotel was the variety of food options available, with delicious international cuisine to choose from.

There were a few negative aspects during our Christmas stay. the hallways had a slight moldy smell, which was off-putting.

The beds were extremely comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. a fantastic and relaxing experience.

The best aspect of our stay was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and professional service. The staff, including Filli, Marta, Williams, Emmanuel, Lulu. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay.

They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The resort offered a variety of activities including water aerobics and the opportunity to make our own bracelets. The drinks were delicious and the bars were conveniently located all over the resort. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. The resort also allowed us to transfer to a sister resort in Cancun for an extra day of sun.

The staff, especially restaurant manager Cesar, head waiter Fabiola, and Chef Issac, were incredibly friendly and professional. They made sure to ask about food allergies before each meal and accommodated any special dietary needs. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and an exclusive area for preferred members. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.

The staff at the lobby bar made well-mixed drinks, and we appreciated that they were always available. The diving experience offered by the hotel was reasonably priced and efficient, and we also enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the hotel.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Cozumel for a week. The spacious room had an amazing sea view and the onsite restaurants were a highlight, with the Asian cuisine being particularly delicious. The lobby bar mixed great drinks, unlike some other places. The hotel also offered affordable and efficient diving trips, and we were able to snorkel right in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well. There was also a snack and coffee place in the lobby serving amazing treats until late at night.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance to downtown. Although there is no beach, the snorkeling right off the property is a great alternative. the room had a comfortable bed and an amazing view. the small size of the hotel created a cozy atmosphere. the staff was efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. the food was good and the service at the restaurants was generally excellent. the kids club was small but entertaining for the children. the nightly entertainment was enjoyable.
