I had such an amazing time at the Center of Action in Dallas! The hotel is located in a vibrant area with high-end shopping, restaurants, and even a Nobu sushi restaurant on-site. The lobby bar was always buzzing with locals, creating a lively atmosphere. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a recently refreshed bathroom and stylish decor. The valet and room service were top-notch, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with easy access to downtown and just a short distance from Mavericks games. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and exciting stay in Dallas.

The staff greeted us warmly every time we entered and left. Bj even recommended great local restaurants. It truly felt like home. The spa package was a must-buy, with amazing massage and excellent steam, sauna, and whirlpool therapy rooms. The hotel accommodated our request for chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in our room. The room service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The location was great, the lobby was beautiful, and the gym was impressive. Priya at the front desk was kind, professional, and personable. She upgraded our room, helped with a checkout error, and gave us great dinner recommendations. We'll definitely be back!
