The room was beautifully decorated and the bath products were custom-made. The cleaning before our arrival was thorough, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. The full bar in the fridge was a nice touch for a luxurious experience. I highly recommend Crescent Court.

I had such an amazing time at the Center of Action in Dallas! The hotel is located in a vibrant area with high-end shopping, restaurants, and even a Nobu sushi restaurant on-site. The lobby bar was always buzzing with locals, creating a lively atmosphere. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a recently refreshed bathroom and stylish decor. The valet and room service were top-notch, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with easy access to downtown and just a short distance from Mavericks games. We had an unexpected need for slippers due to the cold weather, but CJ, a kind intern from the Philippines, noticed and immediately got us a pair. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay at Crescent Court even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for their impeccable service.

Top-notch service from the moment we arrived! Ray valet parked our car and helped with our bags. Angel and Tricia went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The staff greeted us warmly every time we entered and left. Bj even recommended great local restaurants. It truly felt like home. The spa package was a must-buy, with amazing massage and excellent steam, sauna, and whirlpool therapy rooms. The hotel accommodated our request for chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in our room. The room service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The location was great, the lobby was beautiful, and the gym was impressive. Priya at the front desk was kind, professional, and personable. She upgraded our room, helped with a checkout error, and gave us great dinner recommendations. We'll definitely be back!

The service at check-in was only okay, as the lady did not speak good English. the rooftop pool was a disappointment, lacking in energy and in need of improvements.
