During my brief stay, the hotel’s cleanliness, facilities, parking, and adjacent location to the casino and buffets stood out. the staff was very accommodating and responsive, making my experience enjoyable. Additionally, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere added to my overall satisfaction. I look forward to returning for a longer leisure stay in this fantastic location.

The private master bedroom at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort felt like a dreamy retreat with its luxurious walk-in shower and comfy California king bed. As someone who loves a bit of pampering, it was a perfect oasis for me.

I personally found the kitchenette a bit small, but others might not mind.

I had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. The location was perfect, just across a pedestrian walkway from the casino. I also enjoyed the terrace where I could sit and enjoy the clean air and beautiful pine trees.

Enjoyed a great stay at a nearby Indian Casino. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable with a nice tub to soak in. Dinner at the steakhouse was delicious and drinks were strong. would recommend.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit distracting at night. the lack of on-site dining options was somewhat disappointing, which forced us to venture off-site for dinner.

Recently stayed at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort for a weekend getaway with family and friends. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breathtaking view and beautiful location added to the overall charm of the stay. The breakfast sandwich and coffee were delicious, but the standout was the attentive person behind the counter. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive to detail. The location was perfect since it is directly across the pedestrian walkway from the casino. The rooms were comfortable and clean with balconies that provide an awesome, great view. Breakfast was great too.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel-casino. The location was perfect, with Margaret's Cafe just a short stroll away. It was great to head down the hill to the casino from the hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless with an excellent view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was clean and modern. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast at the coffee shop was delicious with generous portions. We especially enjoyed the buffet with its fantastic seafood and prime rib dinner.

The smoke in the casino was a bit annoying for non-smokers, but overall not a big issue.

Beautiful decor, quality workmanship, friendly service staff, plenty of ice and soda machines, clean rooms, delicious food.

Great location near wine tasting places, spacious casino with friendly staff and delicious eating options. The room had a nice view and was clean and comfortable. The lobby was tidy and the parking was ample. The pool/hot tub area was nice for socializing.
