Our week-long stay at Al Gazzettino was fantastic! The room was comfortable, clean, and had great A/C, which was a lifesaver during the scorching summer temperatures. The modern bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. The location was central, right near the Rialto Bridge. We had some trouble finding the hotel initially but had no issues once we found it.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center, the Rialto Bridge, and the Vaporetto station. We had a room overlooking the canals, and it was a fantastic experience watching gondolas pass by. The Murano chandelier in our room was spectacular. The staff was helpful and allowed us to store our luggage at checkout. The breakfast provided was a typical Italian breakfast and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Being able to walk to these places in just a few minutes was a huge plus. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast provided was also very good, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was even surprised with a bottle of prosecco in my room upon arrival for a special occasion.

Despite the negative experience at the hotel, there were a few positive aspects. the hotel's location was excellent, conveniently situated near popular landmarks and attractions. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive, surpassing some five, star hotels. It was evident that the staff took pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. These factors, along with the helpfulness of some of the staff, helped to slightly improve our overall stay.

The service at the hotel was absolutely terrible. We were ignored and belittled by the grey, haired waiter, who seemed to take pleasure in talking down to us.

The hotel's interior was great, with a recently renovated bathroom and a smart TV with streaming services. The central location made it easy to explore all the sights in Venice.
