The staff was incredibly helpful, giving me great recommendations for snacks. The location was perfect, right downtown and close to hiking trails. Although the WiFi wasn't in my room, the common area had comfy seating.

The recently renovated room with Victorian touches was spacious and comfortable. The friendly staff provided great recommendations for local sights. I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and even the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, whether it was rebooking a missed tour or providing excellent customer service. The hotel had great facilities, including a delicious breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the spacious lobby and courtyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The hotel even had washers and dryers available, which was convenient for doing laundry. this hotel was well-maintained and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Recently renovated with a nod to the gold rush era. Spacious king room, comfy bed, and well-equipped bathroom. Great Wi-Fi in the lobby and café. Friendly staff with helpful suggestions. Perfect location just steps away from shops, restaurants, and tour companies.

No elevator, had to carry luggage up stairs. Creaky bed with a shaky headboard.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was clean and bright, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the historic part of town. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the restaurant, which had delicious food. The staff even gave us a $5 voucher when we chose not to have our room cleaned. it was a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the tourist railroad and with easy access to the ship docks. the staff was also very helpful and gave great recommendations for places to eat. Additionally, the rooms had nice decor and the bathroom was well-equipped.

One downside was that the restaurant was closed during our stay, limiting our dining options. It would have been nice if this had been communicated to us beforehand.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the gold rush history. It was also within walking distance of all the attractions in town, which was super convenient. the room was amazing - clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. the shower was incredible and they even provided all the necessary toiletries. Plus, they had a luggage storage facility, which was really helpful.

There were a couple of minor downsides to my stay. the hotel could benefit from better lighting in the rooms.
