The bartenders were fast. The beach location and views were amazing. The restaurant servers were fabulous. Upgrading to the adults only floor was worth it. The VIP lounge and Jacuzzi room were great perks. Unlimited room service was a bonus. The resort offered amazing food. The Seafood restaurant and French Bistro were excellent.

The resort provides a variety of activities throughout the day and night. The all-inclusive package includes everything you need, making it convenient for those who want to stay on the property.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise and made my vacation even better. Having a separate adult room with a king-size bed, a living area with a kitchenette, and multiple bathrooms was fantastic. The balcony was huge and offered stunning views of the ocean. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to the airport, and not far from the party area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

As young people, we loved the variety of activities and facilities available at the resort. The four water slides were a blast, even for adults, and the water park area for kids was a hit. The shaded pool was perfect for everyone. The main pool and the pool with a kids pool nearby were great for relaxation. The resort also offered a soccer ball and basketball court, as well as mini golf. The staff provided excellent service, and the pool bar had a great selection of flavors for kids. The Club Room was a great choice, with added benefits like a hot tub, refilled mini bar fridge, and access to exclusive areas like the 8th floor bar and breakfast club with an ocean view.

We felt very lucky to have found this resort as young people. Nothing was too much trouble and our needs were met individually and as a whole family.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, always helpful and kind. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the bed was cozy. The heated indoor swimming pool was a nice feature and there were plenty of activities for children. The hotel location was great, with the room temperature being comfortable in January without needing the AC.

The location of Crown Paradise Club was perfect, just a short 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. I was able to quickly start enjoying my vacation without any long travel times. The proximity to the beach was also a major plus, as I could easily walk there in just a few steps. The hotel had a great selection of activities for kids, including a game room with pool tables, Foosball, air hockey, and a ping pong table. The water slides were super fun, and my daughter absolutely loved them. The nightly entertainment was also a highlight, providing enjoyable experiences for both children and adults.

The hotel facilities were outstanding, and we particularly enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, allowing us to relax all day in the resort while also being close enough to explore the surrounding area. Everything was spot on.

My family and I stayed at a hotel close to the airport for convenience. We stayed on the last 4 days of remodeling the buffet area so we had big expectations, but unfortunately, it was still underwhelming. We stayed on the second tower away from the first level. Despite the noise, we were happy with the room's cleanliness and the bathroom facilities. The breakfast and view from the adult pool were the highlights of our stay.

The service was unsatisfactory, and there were not enough staff members to cater to everyone.

We had a great family vacation at this hotel in the city. the location was fantastic, with all rooms offering stunning views of the ocean. the staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the variety of activities available throughout the day and night, keeping us entertained and engaged during our trip. Plus, the all, inclusive package provided everything we needed, making it convenient and hassle, free.

The check, in process was lengthy and the staff could have been more friendly and accommodating. Additionally, some amenities promised in our room were missing, and the food and drink options were not the best.
