I recently had my fourth business trip to Monterrey and my second stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was so nice the first time that I booked it again and I have another trip planned here in a few weeks. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, and the staff is exceptional. They even exchanged money for me so I didn't get ripped off at the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and they have a shuttle service. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Convenient location near the airport, which made it easy for us to catch our flights. Friendly and helpful staff who were able to assist us with currency exchange. Clean rooms with nice furnishings and comfortable beds.

Overpriced compared to other hotels in the area that offer better value for the money. Breakfast not included in the room rate, which is disappointing considering the high price.

The hotel's free shuttle service to the airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning flight. We didn't have to worry about finding a taxi or navigating unfamiliar roads. The driver was prompt and the ride was smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great transportation service.

Room with a view and well, lit, equipped with wireless internet. Roomy, clean, and well, equipped bathroom. Enjoyed meals at the restaurant with fresh and tasty food

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool. the staff provided excellent service and the restaurant and bar/lounge area had exceptional choices.

We did have one minor issue with the outdoor swimming pool being closed for maintenance at the time of our visit. Nevertheless, the hotel made up for it with their beautiful garden area with a shallow end, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere of the venue.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location, being only a couple of minutes away from the airport. It made our connecting flights a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a small pool and gym available for guests to use. The cleanliness of the rooms and the rest of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay extremely comfortable. The staff were well-prepared and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

During my stay, I had breakfast on the 8th floor which was included in the room rate. Although the breakfast was simple, it was free and served its purpose.
