Sitting on the terrace at night, enjoying a log fire and great company, was an unforgettable experience. The staff were attentive and the hotel was clean with a fantastic pool. The view over the Tuscan landscape was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the unique experience of bathing in natural hot springs nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tuscany.

The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, including a pancake machine. The hotel also arranged for us to visit the nearby thermal springs, which were a magical experience and great for treating skin and arthritis problems.

Best aspects of the hotel were the peaceful location and the outstanding staff. the hotel offers a great base for exploring the hill towns and vineyards of south Tuscany. the rural retreat provides a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. the staff, particularly the receptionist Elisa, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even preparing a snack for us when the restaurant was closed.

Worst aspects of the hotel were the slow wifi and standards of food hygiene. the wifi was extremely slow, prompting us to purchase a roaming data package.
