Liked the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The comfortable beds made our romantic escape even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location near popular restaurants and bars made it easy for us to explore the city.

Disliked the noise level in our room, especially during the night. The constant noise from the reception area and the lack of sound insulation made it difficult to get a restful sleep.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Del Principado. The room was nice and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff treated me with kindness and made me feel at home.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more options.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shopping malls, city landmarks, and affordable food options nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even speaking English. The breakfast was delicious, and if pancakes weren't on the buffet, they were happy to serve them upon request. I also appreciated the safe location, as I felt comfortable walking to bars in Zona Rosa late at night.

The staff at Del Principado were polite, professional and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a bustling area of the city. The location was amazing, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. The staff was always friendly and helpful, even arranging a car for my early morning airport transfer at a reasonable price. The hotel allowed guests to visit my room without any extra charge or fuss. Despite the lack of air conditioning, a fan was provided to ensure a comfortable stay. I am happy with my experience and would recommend this hotel.

During my stay at Hotel Del Principado, I experienced the utmost level of service. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with a distant excursion, even taking the time to personally research and ensure everything was arranged perfectly. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, with impeccably clean rooms and bedding. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being in a quieter and less congested area compared to the central Zona Rosa. The comfortable beds, excellent shower, and good hot water made my stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to 222 La Reformer and the Metrobus system provided easy access to explore Mexico City. The value for the price paid was exceptional, and I doubt I could find better without spending significantly more money.

Our only minor issue was that the cleaner left the window open despite us requesting three times at reception for it to remain closed. As a result, we were bitten by mosquitoes and had to spray the room daily.
