Had an awesome stay, but the main courses at dinner were a bit dull—way too many plain options, bro. The breakfast spread was sweet as, though! Chur!

The sea view from our room was just breathtaking, felt like we were on top of the world! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Oh, and the indoor pool area was a lekker spot to chill after a day of exploring!

Only downside was the dinner buffet could've had a few more options, ag man, got a bit repetitive towards the end.

We even took a refreshing dip in the clear sea at a couple of spots nearby. The location is great for exploring the area, and the hotel amenities are top-notch. Don’t miss happy hour for some good vibes and live music!

The breakfast was decent but didn’t meet 5-star expectations. I also found it absolutely absurd that I couldn’t book a spa appointment during my entire four-day stay as they were fully booked. Additionally, I felt the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. it seemed rushed and lacking the thoroughness expected at such a high-end hotel.

Had a sound week, la! The views from me room over Funchal were stunning, felt like a dream. Breakfast in the Rose Garden was dead relaxing—great choice of food, especially the fresh fruits. The only downside was the dinner menu, could've done with more variety. But overall, a boss stay!

the cliff bay hotel is just beautiful, like the views are simply wow, and the breakfast is sooooo good. loved the pools and the cozy vibe of the lobby too, everyone was super friendly. also, the staff really go outta there way to make ur stay great, especially at il gallo d'oro, where the food is just amazin. the gardens are kept real nice and you feel so relaxed here.
