The location, right across from the train station, made it super convenient for exploring the city. had a great stay at the hotel across from kyoto station, staff spoke fluent english which was very helpful. they had everything i needed from a menu of pillow densities to borrowing reading glasses. loved the onsen and the clever luggage room lock straps. perfect location for catching a train and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

This hotel was a great experience during my Christmas vacation. the room was well equipped with everything I needed and more, like nail clippers, adaptors and even a hair straightener. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station that made it easy to explore the city. they offered complementary coffee and have a a beautiful hot spring.

It's my go-to choice when visiting Kyoto. The hotel offers clever services like a working area, free coffee, self-service luggage storage, and a pillow bar. The rooms are clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you need, including easy device charging. The breakfast has a limited but delicious selection, including local sun-dried fish, assorted pickled vegetables, and corn soup.
